TCS has reportedly introduced a new deployment policy, which requires its employees to maintain 225 billable days annually, limiting bench time to 35 days. The All India IT & ITeS Employees' Union (AIITEU) has opposed the move, which reportedly claims it shifts responsibility from managers to workers and undermines employee rights.
