Cognizant is reportedly set to implement salary hikes for about 80 percent of its eligible employees from November 1, 2025. Top performers in India are expected to receive the highest increases in the high single digits. Recently, TCS also announced a salary revision for nearly 80 percent of its workforce, effective September 1, 2025.
