TCS has introduced a new ‘Bench policy and is planning to cut over 12,000 employees globally. As per The News Minute, some employees say they are being forced to resign with threats of blacklisting or no full payments. Even those working on active projects are affected. In Bengaluru alone, over 300 people were reportedly asked to quit within a week.
