TCS and KITU reportedly met on August 6 to discuss alleged forced resignations, but the meeting ended without a resolution. A follow-up is scheduled for September 8. TCS plans to cut 2% of its workforce, or around 12,200 jobs, in FY26. KITU accused TCS of pressuring benched employees to quit under a new 35-day bench policy.
