Meta-owned WhatsApp has started developing a new “Sidebar for iPad App” to improve navigation and community access on the WhatsApp iPad app. The new WhatsApp feature has yet to roll out to beta testers. Aiming to better utilise the larger display, the update is designed to offer a smoother, Mac-style experience for iPad users.
