Netflix has rolled out a cheaper mobile-only plan to lure Indian customers and the plan will cost the users only Rs 199. Netflix's new plan is an attempt to combat competition from Amazon and Hotstar, whose offerings are much cheaper, Netflix shocked their investors after reporting a loss of customers for the first time in eight years in US.
