Retired US Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet has renewed debate around UFOs and UAPs after claiming that some unidentified craft may be controlled by 'higher-order non-human intelligence.' Referring to the Navy’s ‘Go Fast’ and ‘Tic Tac’ incidents, Gallaudet said the objects displayed technology and movement patterns beyond known human capabilities.
