TCS will reportedly honour all offers for around 650 lateral hires whose onboarding was delayed for nearly three months, with some joining in October after completing background checks. NITES had raised concerns with the Labour Ministry over indefinite delays. The company said, 'We look forward to them joining and being a part of TCS.'
