An Indian-origin man has been charged in a Singapore court for allegedly allowing his two young children to sit on the rear boot of a moving luxury sports car, in an act authorities say endangered their safety. The accused, identified as Prem Anan Sugunakumar, was handed one count of committing a rash act involving children below the age of 14.
