Angelina Williams handcuffed her son's wrists and ankles to punish him after he refused to pick up dog waste in the yard in Ohio with his bare hands. Later, she allowed the pet dog to maul her son. Ashland County Common Pleas Court awarded Williams 19 years in prison.
