The countdown to the year’s biggest movie Avengers: Infinity War has already begun. While the release date of Marvel’s magnum opus superhero team flick zeroed on April 27, 2018, seems to be light years away, thank god for exciting pictures, teasers and trailers dropped by the makers. In fact, the first trailer of Avengers: Infinity War has got film’s directors, Russo Brothers discover a talented bunch of filmmakers to helm the fifth film of Avengers franchise! So, who are these lucky fellas that have managed to impress none other than the director of Avengers: Infinity War (Hint: they’re a group of college students who recreated the Infinity War trailer in a low budget)!

Recreating memorable trailers or iconic scenes on a low budget is a fad on the internet. But Malaysian college student Aiman Sany never in his wildest dream would have imagined that his fan-made trailer of Avengers: Infinity War would turn him and his group of friends an overnight internet sensation. Their work not only took the social media by storm, but it became so viral that it caught the attention of film’s directors, Anthony Russo and Joe Russo, famously known as Russo Brothers. So, what is special about Aiman and his group’s low-budgeted Avengers: Infinity War trailer?

The group presented scene by scene depiction from the original trailer and the highlight being the no-fancy-ass props and effects. From using basketball to plates and other household items, the team has done a fantabulous job in making the trailer. It is incredible how they’ve used light to create a similar atmosphere of the film. There are several scenes where they have let their creative juices flow and make one of the best fan-made trailers in recent times. For instance, using phone light to recreate the scene of Thanos extracting the Mind Stone from Vision’s forehead or jumping scene of Hulkbuster. Our personal favourite scenes are - Doctor Strange’s depiction by carrying two white plates and Spidey in low-budgeted costumes! It is truly exhilarating to experience so much of talent on the social media.

Aiman rightly captioned his group’s work writing, “Who did it better? @MarvelStudios.” His post has got over 88K retweets 1.35L likes (and counting) in mere two days of sharing. But the biggest compliment was from Avengers: Infinity War director with the official Twitter handle of Russo Brothers posting, “Aiman. You guys are geniuses. Are you available to direct Avengers 5?”

As expected it did get the young geniuses overwhelmed as Aiman replied, “I’m not even sure if you’re kidding or not but we’re just college students.”

The buzz around Avengers: Infinity War is getting bigger as it nears the release day. There is a lot of speculations going over the deaths of favourite superheroes, either Iron Man or Captain America as Marvel Cinematic Universe will soon be entering a new phase and emphasize on new saviours in the suit. Apart from these heart-breaking rumours, a lot is going over the whereabouts of infinity stones and of, course the prominence given to storyline of Black Panther and Wakanda in the upcoming film. A lot is going on and we need the Avengers: Infinity War release date to quickly come.
