The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conclude the board examinations 2019 on April 4, 2019. As the evaluation process for both CBSE class 10 and class 12 board exam has already been initiated, speculations over the result announcement have simultaneously begun. CBSE this year had to deal with a lot of fake news published on the internet. Days after photoshopped notification of the board reconducting the Class 12 Physics and Economics re-examinations went viral; another fake news is being circulated on WhatsApp. As per reports, the false notification claims that CBSE will declare the class 12 examination results on April 10, 2019.
A notice was shared on the messaging app, which stated that the class 12 board exam result 2019, will be announced on April 10. It even has the signature of the controller of examination, Sanyam Bhardwaj, as reported by the Hindustan Times. The fake notification reads, "As per previous years, this year also CBSE is hosting its result on net with the technical support of NIC and Department of Information Technology. The notice further reads, "The school will automatically get their entire school results on email ID’s already registered with the Board. The result will not be available on Board premises and public are advised not to visit the office for collection of results. The process of verification will be displayed on CBSE’s website shortly." Soon, the image went viral; the CBSE board candidates were anxious and confused if the notification is accurate and false. Ending all the rumours, Bhardwaj confirmed to HT, that the notice is fake and the CBSE board exam result 2019 date, has not been decided yet.
Although, there are chances of the board to extend its exam result announcement till the first or second week of May. But again, this is only a speculation, and any confirmed date would be notified through the official website of CBSE only. The students are advised not to entertain any messages or notice circulated on social media platforms.
