Airtel user Pooja Singh who courted controversy on social media for requesting a Hindu representative to solve her issue with reinstallation has taken to Twitter showcasing the abuses she is being showered with after the incident. Singh was massively trolled on social media for requesting services from a Hindu customer care executive on Sunday.

She took to Twitter sharing screenshots of the messages she has been receiving on Twitter with the caption. Her tweet reads, "Dear Abusers, I simply made a request to change representative from Muslim to Hindu as my experience in past was not good and that's my right as well. After that, the kind of abuse I'm facing are beyond imagination and that in itself PROVES that I was right at very first place."

Pooja who faced inconvenience with the reinstallation of her DTH service reached out to Bharti Airtel India on Twitter and got a reply from Shoaib. Singh responded to the tweet requesting for a "Hindu representative" and soon got a reply from a Gaganjot.

Pooja tweeted to Bharati Airtel India saying, "Dear Shohaib, as you're a Muslim and I have no faith in your working ethics because Kuran may have different version for customer service, thus requesting you to assign a Hindu representative for my request. Thanks. [sic]"

She received a reply from the verified handle saying, "Hi Pooja! As discussed, please let me know what days & time frames work best for you so we can talk. Further please share an alternate number so that I can assist you further with this. Thank you, Gaganjot."

Singh's statement resulted in massive social media outrage with people questioning her decision to judge people on the basis of their religious beliefs.  Airtel was also bashed for the bigotry and for not having a secular stand. Internet users were irked by the company's response saying the situation showed their biased stand. However, the Twitter user is being abused profusely with people sending her derogatory messages. In a similar incident, when an Ola customer said he would not drive with a Muslim driver, the app-based cab service that lectured him on their secular stand.
