According to the updates, Adar Poonawalla acquired a 50% stake in the filmmaker's company, Dharma Productions, after investing a whopping INR 1000 crore. On the other hand, Diwali is set to arrive soon. Ahead of the vibrant festival of lights, fashion designer Manish Malhotra hosted a Diwali party on Tuesday (October 22). Many Bollywood celebs showed up at the grand party, including Janhvi Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Siddharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani and Kajol, among others. The star-studded affair also saw business partners Karan Johar and Adar Poonawalla in attendance. In a video shared by a paparazzi handle, Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla and Dharma Productions CEO Apoorva Mehta could be seen arriving for the party. Apporva Mehta and Adar Poonawalla twinned in black for the celebrations, while Karan Johar stole the spotlight in a red outfit.
