A disturbing video has surfaced online showing a boy allegedly torturing a cat to create a social media reel in Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr. In the video, the boy is seen placing the cat in a sack and rotating it vigorously, causing the animal to become visibly dizzy. Animal rights activist Surbhi Rawat shared the disturbing video on X, formerly Twitter. She has called for an FIR to be filed against the boy for animal cruelty.
