A 28-year-old woman was found dead, covered in blood, in a hotel in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh on August 20. Although yet unidentified, the police have recovered her body and investigations are underway in this suspected murder case.
A 28-year-old girl was found dead, covered in blood with her throat slit, in the Hotel Preet Palace in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly district. The woman was found in a hotel room booked allegedly with the ID of one Mohammad Alam, who is currently missing. The clothes of the woman were dishevelled, and there was a burqa lying separately near her, leading to the assumption that the woman might be a Muslim. The Bareilly Police recovered her body, as seen in the video that surfaced online, and further investigations are underway as they suspect that the victim was murdered.
