News agency PTI has shared a video that showed houses in Bihar's Bhagalpur collapsing due to rising water levels of the river Ganga. On Friday, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar conducted an aerial survey to assess the rising Ganga river water level in Patna and Vaishali district along with other surrounding areas of Patna.
