Following its circulation online, police conducted a raid and arrested the woman's husband, Shakti Kapoor Sakhwar, and her father-in-law, Biharilal.

Following its circulation online, police conducted a raid and arrested the woman's husband, Shakti Kapoor Sakhwar, and her father-in-law, Biharilal. During the raid, police seized a 315 bore double-barrel gun, a 315 bore pistol, a 32 bore pistol, and several unfinished weapons, along with materials and tools used to manufacture the illegal arms. The accused confessed to running the illegal operation for about six months. A case has been registered under the Arms Act, and the investigation is ongoing.
