Naresh Goyal Money Laundering Case: Bombay High Court Grants Medical Bail to Jet Airways Founder in ED Case
The single-bench judge of Justice NJ Jamadar had earlier granted interim medical bail to Naresh Goyal to undergo cancer treatment. The interim order was made absolute today.
Today, November 11, the Bombay High Court granted medical bail to Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal in connection with a money laundering case filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The single-bench judge of Justice NJ Jamadar had earlier granted interim medical bail to Naresh Goyal to undergo cancer treatment. The interim order was made absolute today. It must be noted that earlier, Naresh Goyal was granted interim medical bail for a period of two months to undergo cancer treatment after medical reports indicated that he was suffering from malignant tumours.
