Prashant Kishor on Friday took a rather sick jibe at Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav while talking to people in Champaran district. While talking, Kishor said, " Lalu Yadav's son became CM despite being 9th pass, while your 9th pass son cannot even become a "chaprasi." Kishor was apparently taking a swipe at the declining state of education and employment in the state.
