Local authorities have arrested two individuals, Sunny alias Sandeep Chauhan and Vijendra alias Tinku, for placing a pole on a railway track in Rampur district. Both men are professional thieves who were attempting to steal the pole when they were interrupted by an approaching train. Fearing capture, they abandoned the pole on the track and fled the scene.
