In the video, they were seen pointing guns at the customers and staff, telling them to open the jewellery cases. The entire operation lasted approximately one and a half minutes, during which the robbers managed to steal 480 grams of gold, estimated to be worth several lakhs, the police said. After swiftly collecting the gold, the robbers made their escape on a bike.
