A man was arrested for beating a Sadhu for alcohol money in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur. The video of the incident has surfaced on social media. The 19-second video shows the accused dragging the victim by his hair and pinning him on the ground. The incident occurred on October 5, 2023. The victim was identified as Arvind Katial, a Sevadar at Mathura Ashram. The police said that the accused was identified as Bihari Jatav.┬аAs per the police, the accused demanded money from the victim for liquor. However, an argument broke out between the two after the victim refused to give money.
