Today, September 2, the Supreme Court strongly opposed "bulldozer action" against the accused in criminal cases nationwide. The top court used strong words against "bulldozer action" and said that a house cannot be demolished even if the person has been convicted. "How can house be demolished just because he is accused?" the top court asked.  The apex court observed while hearing a batch of petitions challenging bulldozer actions against accused individuals in various cases.
