In a shocking incident, a man was caught on camera abusing and physically assaulting kids at a government school in Tamil Nadu's Tiruchirappalli. The man, reportedly in an inebriated state, kicked and slapped schoolkids. Identified as Vincent Raj, he was later arrested after the father of the victim filed a complaint against him. A case has been registered against him under sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act.
