15 workers of Raj Thackeray-led Maharashtra Navnirmaan Sena (MNS) were booked for burning down Mulund Toll Plaza in Mumbai on the afternoon of Monday, October 9. They were protesting the toll charges levied for private four-wheelers at toll nakas. Amid this, a video of the incident has surfaced on social media.
