It is reported that the man, identified as Shubham, was upset because he repeatedly received high electricity bills. A journalist who shared the news on X (formerly Twitter) said that last month, Shubham received an electricity bill of more than INR 1 lakh. Post this, he made several rounds of the officials, which led to his electricity bill being corrected.
