A distressing incident has come to light from Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar wherein a teacher was caught on camera encouraging students to thrash batchmates from the Muslim community. The teacher was identified as Tripta Tyagi, who runs Neha Public School in Khubbapur village of Mansoorpur police station area. The video shows her asking pupils to beat Muslim students. The video also shows how others beat a student on the provocation of the teacher. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media, and a police probe was launched soon after.
