As per reports, Savin Bansal allegedly bought a bottle of McDowell's for INR 680 instead of INR 660. After checking the overpricing of alcohol at liquor shops in the city, DM Savin Bansal is said to have imposed a fine of INR 50,000 to 75,000 on four contractors who allegedly sold liquor at extra cost.
