In the video, the constable, identified as Hemant Shukla, is seen verbally abusing and slapping Priyanshu, even threatening to "bury him alive" for following up on his complaint. "Tu fir aa gaya! Zinda gaad dunga tujhe," (You have come again, I shall bury you alive) the cop can be heard saying in the video. Priyanshu recorded the encounter and reported it to Superintendent of Police (SP) Vivek Singh. Following the video review, SP Singh suspended Shukla and announced an investigation into the incident.
