Shiv Sena, led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, announced a list of 15 candidates for the upcoming Maharashtra assembly elections 2024 on Monday, October 28. This brings the party's total tally to 78 seats. BJP leader Shaina NC will contest on the Shinde Sena ticket from the Mumbadevi Assembly constituency where she will challenge Congress' Amin Patel. She wanted to contest from the Worli constituency, but the seat was given to former Congress LS MP and current Shiv Sena RS MP Milind Deora.
