Counting votes for India General Elections 2024 in Uttar Pradesh is underway. According to the latest trends at 1.20 pm, the Samajwadi Party (SP) is leading on 36 seats, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on 34 seats, and the Congress on seven seats. Besides, RLD is leading on two Lok Sabha seats and others on one seat. Uttar Pradesh voted in all the seven phases of the Lok Sabha polls, starting from April 19 and ending on Saturday, June 1. In the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, the NDA won 64 seats, with BJP bagging 62 alone.
