A 4-year-old boy suffered from extreme stomachache after he swallowed a magnetic bracelet with 18 beads. The kid complained about "colicky abdominal pain" for two days, after which, in an ultrasound scan, doctors found that the foreign object was trapped inside the boy's abdominal cavity. The child was taken to the hospital after "multiple episodes of vomiting and constipation", as per news reports. The alarming case study will be published in the Journal Of Pediatric Surgery Case Reports.
