A man identified asĀ Christopher O'Toole fromĀ Wallasey was fined an eye-watering fine of Rs. 2 lakh after taking his mask off inside a shop for mere 16 seconds. As per the reportsĀ Christopher was shopping at B&M in Prescot wearing a mask but he took it off just briefly for a few seconds after he began feeling unwell. Now the man has to appear in court over the case of fine.
