India National Cricket Team won the toss at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in their third match of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 tournament against the USA National Cricket Team. Chasing a modest 111-run target India lost both their openers early in the power play. Saurabh Netravalkar dismissed both the star batters, while Ali Khan dismissed Rishabh Pant to take control of the match, but the unbeaten 72-run partnership between Shivam Dube and Suryakumar Yadav sealed India’s victory. Suryakumar completed a half-century in the match. Earlier Arshdeep Singh took four wickets in the first inning and was judged man of the match.
