Team India ended 11 years of wait for an ICC trophy by winning the 2024 T20 World Cup. Before this, the Indian team won the 2013 Champions Trophy under the leadership of former Indian skipper MS Dhoni. MSD has been among the most successful captains in the history of Indian cricket and won all three ICC trophies. During an interaction, MSD revealed about Team India's 2024 T20 World Cup triumph. Dhoni revealed that he kept on doing in and out when the match had almost slipped away from the Indian team and stated that he had that belief that in cricket the match is not until it is over. He added that most of his friends had moved away whereas he was the only one watching the match.
