Sajid Khan, top-edged a delivery bowled by Rehan Ahmed which went to hit him on his chin. In a few seconds, blood started dripping off and it spilled on his shirt when he called for medical assistance. This happened when he was batting on 37 off 31 and he went on to score 48 of as many deliveries as Pakistan finished with 344 in their first innings.
