Erling Haaland, Aitana Bonmati Win UEFA Men's, Women's Player of the Year 2022-23 Awards; Pep Guardiola, Sarina Wiegman Named Best Coaches
The UEFA awards for the best men's and women's performers of the year were announced. The best coaches of the previous season were also awarded.
The results of the UEFA awards for the season 2022-23 is out after the official draw of the UEFA Champions League 2023-24. Erling Haaland wins the Men's Player of the Year award and Pep Guardiola wins the Men's Coach of the Year award. Both were major contributors in Manchester City's treble victory. Aitana Bonmati of Barcelona wins the UEFA Women's Player of the Year and Sarina Wiegmen won the UEFA Women's Coach of the Year award.
