Hosts Qatar in Group A, would have Netherlands, Senegal and Ecuador with them. Euro 2020 finalists England were grouped with Iran and USA with one spot for the winner of the European playoffs.

Defending champions France have been drawn in Group D alongside Denmark and Tunisia in the FIFA World Cup 2022 Draw, that took place in Qatar on Friday. South American giants Argentina and Brazil find themselves in Group C and G respectively. Also, Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal are in Group H with Ghana, Uruguay and Korea Republic.
