Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Stripped of Arsenal Captaincy for Disciplinary Breach, To Miss Premier League 2021–22 Match Against West Ham
Aubameyang missed Arsenal's win over Southampton and later it was revealed that it was due to a disciplinary breach. "Following his latest disciplinary breach last week, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will no longer be our club captain, and will not be considered for selection for Wednesday's match against West Ham United," Arsenal's statement read.
Arsenal have stripped Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang of captaincy following a disciplinary breach. He missed the game against Southampton after the incident and a club statement confirms that he would not be part of his side's clash against West Ham as well.
