With a second attempt of 30.01 metres, Pranav continued India's remarkable athletic run. Dharambir Nain placed second with a 28.76-meter attempt that was made on his second try. In contrast, Amit Saroha, with a 26.93-meter try, had to settle for a bronze medal.
