Apple is reportedly working on an iPhone-connected glass-like device which could offload computing components. Previously, Apple was said to be working on smart glasses, which might be similar to the Meta smart glasses 2024; however, it cannot be confirmed. Bloomberg's Mark Gurman said the upcoming Apple glasses could reinforce the iPhone as the centre of its overall product ecosystem.
