Elon Musk's neurotechnology company Neuralink accepting applications for the second human participant. Noland Arbaugh, Neuralink's first patient was affected by quadriplegia, paralysis of all four limbs since 2016. However, the Neuralink brain chip was implanted in his brain to help him control mouse using his thoughts. Elon Musk just posted, "Neuralink is accepting applications for the second participant. This is our Telepathy cybernetic brain implant that allows you to control your phone and computer just by thinking." According to a source, Neuralink will launch its new product for blind individuals called "Blindsight" which was said to be successful on monkeys.
