Hike on Tuesday announced that the company will be awarding ether, or ETH, an Ethereum blockchain as a job referral payout to any user who successfully refers a candidate for their new program. In this scheme, a user can provide a personal Ethereum wallet address, and, if their referrals are successful, the payouts will be issued in the crypto account.
