OpenAI Global Expansion: ChatGPT-Maker Announces Its Opening New Offices in Several Countries, Looking for Engineers for AI Development
ChatGPT-maker OpenAI announced its plans to open offices in multiple countries for AI development. The Sam Altman-run company also posted job vacancies for engineer roles.
OpenAI announced its global expansion plan to reach more countries and hire more people. The Sam Altman-run company said, "We're opening offices in NYC, Seattle, Paris, Brussels, and Singapore, alongside our growing San Francisco, London, Dublin, and Tokyo offices." Microsoft-backed OpenAI has been working on several projects related to AI and will likely announce them in the coming year, such as Sora and AGI. The company posted four significant roles requiring employees: GPU Kernel Engineer, HW/SW Co-Design Engineer, Research Engineer and Research Scientist.
