It achieves the lowest average word error rate across seven major English benchmarks covering global accents, meetings, media and financial audio. A key new feature is Keyterm prompting, which allows users to provide context such as names, brands and domain-specific terms before transcription. The model also maintains strong performance in noisy environments and supports five different transcript formats for varied applications.
