One half of the Ring of Honor Tag Team champions, Jay Briscoe (Jamin Pugh) passed away in a car crash in Delaware on Tuesday, January 17. Briscoe, who was set to turn 39 this month, was a part of the Briscoe Brothers alongside his brother Mark Briscoe. Together they won the ROH Tag Team title 13 times. Jay was also a two-time ROH World Champion.
