Elon Musk announced that his America PAC would be giving away one million dollars every day to a random person until Election Day for registered voters. The tech billionaire said that the giveaway would be for those who signed the petition to support free speech and the right to bear arms, which are the First and Second Amendments of the US Consitution. Musk further said, "We want to make sure that everyone in swing states hears about this and I suspect this will ensure they do."
