The attack, which took place on August 26, was captured on CCTV footage, showing the teens slapping Carter and forcing him to lick the bottom of a shoe while he walked home. One of the bullies can be heard commanding, "Get down on the floor and lick that s***." Following the release of the video, the teens, aged 14 and 15, were arrested by the Bakersfield Police for assault, false imprisonment, and conspiracy.
