The Trent Bridge, Nottingham witnessed an amazing game of cricket between Australia and West Indies in the CWC 2019 tie. Team Australia clinched the game against Windies by 15 runs. All thanks to the efforts of Mitchell Starc who got a five-wicket haul.  The game between was no less than an edge of the seat thriller which had the results swinging like a pendulum on either side. Nathan Coulter-Nile became the highest scorer for the Australian side by scoring 92 runs for the eighth wicket. His effort powered the Australians to a score of 288 runs.

In reply, West Indies lost their openers, Evin Lewis and Chris Gayle, when the scoreboard read 31. Shai Hope and Nicholas Pooran contributed with 108 runs jointly. It was Adam Zampa who got rid of Nicholas Pooran on 40. Shimron Hetmyer too departed on 21. Jason Holder’s did try his level best to take the team to the finishing line as he scored 51 runs.
